Brexit Conference

A group of year 10 Citizenship students attended a conference on Brexit hosted by the Citizenship Foundation. They worked with legal professionals from a top law firm and a global consultancy firm, discussing the implications of Brexit for different sectors of the UK economy and wider issues such as immigration and border control. They then took part in debates, producing eloquent and emotive arguments both supporting and criticising Brexit. The legal professionals were extremely impressed by their enthusiasm, knowledge and maturity and I am very proud of the way they conducted themselves.
