The school will be marking the EU referendum with a range of activities throughout the week. In the build up to the referendum all students will attend a special assembly to mark the occasion. They will be encouraged to engage with the big issues, develop their own opinions and see past the lies and exaggerations on both sides.

Year 7 are helping to create a campaign atmosphere by creating posters for both the remain and leave sides, which will be placed all over the school. On the day of the vote, students will have the opportunity to take part in the Archer’s own mock referendum, which is being run by the current affairs society in Year 9.
