I am delighted to welcome you to the Archer Academy, a new school created by the community for the community, with the highest of expectations and the determination to succeed.
After more than 30 years working in education in Barnet, I am passionate about the opportunities that an inclusive, ambitious education can create for young people. I am committed to ensuring that the Archer Academy is an exceptional school that delivers excellent results and prepares its students to live fulfilling adult lives.
Supporting me in this commitment is my hand-picked team of inspirational, innovative teachers, who will inspire and encourage our students to aim high, work hard, discover their passions and be the very best that they can be. Together, we have developed an engaging, forward-looking curriculum and an impressive programme of pastoral care, supported by our nurturing upper and lower school arrangement and tutor groups of just 25 students.
My team and I believe that parents are a vital ingredient in the success of a school, and we will work hand in hand with parents, governors and the wider community to ensure that our school, and our students, are outstanding in every sense.
