We know that many of you are particularly looking forward to the new clubs and activities you will be able to get involved in at the Archer Academy. We believe that our enrichment programme is one of the highlights of life at our school.

We are keen to provide our Archer students with as many exciting learning opportunities as possible. We also feel strongly that life outside the classroom is very important, and want to encourage you to discover your hidden talents and develop a range of personal interests and skills. That’s what enrichment is all about.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, normal school will finish at 3.15pm and you will have a 15 minute break. Then from 3.30pm to 4.30pm you will take part in enrichment activities. These activities are free of charge. We will hold an Enrichment Fair in the first week of each term, which will give you lots of information about the different activities you can choose from. You will then be asked to make a Tuesday choice and a Thursday choice for the term.

Some of our activities are available all year but there are also new opportunities each term, so there is always something different and exciting to try! Here are some of the enrichment activities we have offered our students so far.
